Ours is a place, where everyone is welcome.
We are a small farm outside of Northfield, MN, we produce heritage dual purpose
(eggs and meat) poultry and cornish meat broilers. We named our farm after one
of the various common names given to sunflowers in Spanish, "Mirasol". Our
family's origins are Guatemalan and U.S. Amy was raised in Massachusetts and
Iowa. Reginaldo is from Guatemala, we moved to Minneapolis in 1992 after living
in Guatemala, and came to Northfield in the fall of 2006. Our children are
William, Nicktae and Lars.

Our Mission
To run a profitable small farm in a
sustainable and responsible manner in relation to the social, economic and
environmental aspects of our community while cooperating with other farmers to
build a strong local food system.
